Hello C. If you don’t mind me saying so, that’s a strange question. Reviewing books is a concept probably as old as books themselves. There’s nothing wrong with reviewing them and exploring what one perceives as their strengths and weaknesses. Indeed, authors thrive on reviews because they tell people all about their books. As for finding faults, how on earth would you review a book without, among other things, highlighting faults? Read through all my book reviews and you will find comments about what I find to be both the positive and negative aspects of them.
