Do not these people realise that their own form of racism is far, far more corrosive than that in regard to Scotland’s independence? Can they not comprehend the irony in their own, “British”, (sic), Nationalism?.
The Treaty of Union that begat, “The United Kingdom”, has on the document only two, legally equally sovereign kingdoms signatures. The title given on that Birth Certificate is, “United Kingdom”, and not a single mention of, “country”, or, “countries”, will be found in the text of that document. That means what was created is without doubt a bipartite Kingdom and it is not a quadratic country. There are no signatures from representatives of either Wales or Ireland for the very simple reason that the Kingdom of England of 1707 had already annexed, (not united with), the Princedom of Wales in 1284 and with the Kingdom of Ireland in 1542. There were no other British Kingdoms left to join the bipartite United Kingdom.
Yet today the Westminster Parliament is now the de facto parliament of the country of England, (and there is no other legal parliament of the country of England). This parliament has now claimed that the Treaty of Union, “extinguished”, the Kingdom of Scotland and renamed the Kingdom of England as The United Kingdom. This claim has no legal basis it fact. The closest it comes is that the new bipartite United Kingdom Parliament sat in the building used by the former Parliament of the Kingdom Of England. However, Hansard reports that the former Parliament sat and ended itself before the new bipartite parliament was convened.
So there is rather a large jump in the bipartite United Kingdom becoming the present quadratic country, “United Kingdom”, (sic). a.k.a. The de facto Parliament of the country of England.
A parliament that legislates for England using only English law. That funds only the country of England as, “The United Kingdom”, with United Kingdom funds and bars all of the other three countries members from interfering in what it decides is, “English Only matters”, by use of EVEL – (English votes for English Laws).
It also has instigated devolution along the lines of four unequal countries but with Westminster as the de facto parliament of the Country of England. Which means that Westminster is now the parliament of the country of England and is thus devolving virtually useless English powers unequally to their three underling, dominion ,countries of Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
Where the de facto Parliament of the Country of England decides what level of funding the Country of England will allow their dominion countries to get and then further regulates those, “Block Grants”, by use of Barnett Consequentials.
Yet they keep referring to the United Kingdom as, “The Country”, and they claim everything in Britain belongs to, “Britain”. Yet they are only the United Kingdom of Britain and that does not include the three Crown Dependencies nor the Republic of Ireland. They are the de facto Parliament of England but claim to be the United Kingdom and most certainly are not all of Britain.
Yet these people claim that the Scottish Independence movement is racist and often compare the SNP as NAZIs. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but not a single drop of blood has been shed by the totally democratic actions of the SNP but we cannot say that this Westminster Establishment was not formed by much bloodshed from its earliest British Empire days until the present day and not forgetting the partitioning of Ireland.
I know who the real racists, bigots and divisive people are and they are, without doubt, The British, (sic), Nationalists. Every one of them blind to the irony of their claims that Scottish seekers after independence are bigoted, racist nationalists. Has it slipped their memory that to be independent as a country is the norm? Has it slipped their memory that the United Kingdom is NOT a country but contains four distinct countries?
