The complaint form on the ASA website is <a HREF="http://www.asa.org.uk/Consumers/How-to-complain.aspx" rel="nofollow">here</A>, and the informal resolution that Lou says ASA are satisfied with can be found <a HREF="http://www.asa.org.uk/Rulings/Adjudications.aspx?SearchTerms=scotrail#2" rel="nofollow">here</A> - it's worth referring to it when you complain. I probably need to do another blog post about this, to bring things to the fore again somewhat!
